You know what’s inspiring aside from the handmade work of other crafters?
Nature and God’s creations. God really is in the details. From the tiniest dots at the back of a ladybird to the hues of the summer sky at dawn, to the way my lover smiles and crow’s feet form at the side of her eyes, everything could be a source of endless inspiration if you look harder.:)
But in blogland, here are other diy mavens I am fond of: Lisa Congdon, Keri Smith, Camilla Engman, amongst others.
I’m inspired by a lot of artists, but right now I’m loving experimenting with watercolor because of Meredith Dillman! You can check out her store at http://meredithdillman.etsy.com
Whether you think you can, or you think you can’t, you are probably right. I can’t remember who said this (Henry Ford? Eleanor Roosevelt?) but I love it.
