Proteus Mag is a pdf based magazine that just launched its 4th issue. Edited by Dustin Parker the magazine is always looking for submissions so get your work out there. I really like the heavy texture and collage style of this current issue.

Candy Collective has launched their difficult second volume with the first two issues. The pdf magazine is available for download and is full of some great artwork as well as interviews with artists.
